Our service process
1. Inspection & Diagnosis
Inform us about the issues you are experiencing with your pump or injector, such as:

2. Quick Assessment
Our workshop provides an initial repair estimate within approximately 45 minutes of inspection.
3. Quotation Approval
Once the pump or injector is received and evaluated, a detailed quotation is shared via Email.
4. Repair & Calibration
Repairs and calibration are carried out using Bosch-approved equipment, genuine spare parts, and standardised procedures.
5. Secure Packaging & Dispatch
Serviced pumps and injectors are packed in specially designed thermocol protective packaging and placed in corrugated boxes for safe courier dispatch.
6. Complete Transparency
All replaced parts are returned to customers for inspection and verification, ensuring complete transparency throughout the service process.
